Q. Can i cancel my order and get a refund?

As standard, UK law affords customers a 7 day 'cooling off period' where a purchase may be cancelled. gamadesigns.co.uk offers a 10 day money back guarantee on all of our design and hosting accounts.
If you are not happy or feel the service is not for you, we will happily refund you in full* see note below.
You should email any such request to us as soon as possible so a member of our support team can assist in canceling the service and arraging the refund.
Note:
Our Free domain offer is on the basis of 1 years full contract,
cancelation of a contract will result in full domain registration charges being applied to the account, .co.uk domains have a minimum 2 year lease and will be charged as such.
Q. Is there anyhting that cannot be cancelled?
A. Yes,
Unfortunatly we cannot offer a cancellation for any domain name purchases.
Domains are purchased through a third party supplier who create the domain specifically for you and this cannot be resold, as such domain purchases are not covered by the 'cooling off' protection period.
We also cannot offer a cancellation for dedicated server purchases.
Servers are again purchased through a third party supplier who build the server specifically for you the customer. Such purchases are not covered by the 'cooling off' protection period.
If you no longer wish to retain either of the above two services you must wait until the end of your contract period. You can then choose not to renew the service, and the domains will be canceled.
